This highly creative and collaborative class enables those who love to write, a chance to hone their skills and develop their individual voice. Whether you’re looking to write short stories, poetry, plays/screenplays/radio plays, speeches, essays or even ballads - this course is designed to give students practical and individualised support whilst building a community of creative peers. 


This class teaches a broad range of creative writing disciplines and is highly tailorable to the needs of your learners.

Magazine Makers (Creative writing and design)

Everyday English and Everyday English (for higher needs)

Magazine Makers (Creative writing and design)

Become part of your own creative writing collective and create your own regular 'zine. This unique publication is comprised entirely of written work (and hand drawn designs) created and edited by the members of the group.


The group will work as an editorial team, choosing the name for the publication and voting on the what it should include. Copies of this publication are then professionally printed so that they can be distributed in local communities - enabling participants to share their work.

We all love to laugh and so many of us find joy in making other people giggle too. This course is not just designed for students who already consider themselves to be absolute jokers, but is inclusive of anyone who wants to learn more about comedy and how we can explore different methods and techniques creatively and practically - all in pursuit of making people smile.


Each lesson builds confidence and communication skills, as well as providing performance training. Regular comedy showcases provide learners with the opportunity to share their work.

Take the Lead! (Creative Leadership)

Take the Lead! (Creative Leadership)

It’s time to take the director’s seat and take the lead on your own creative project! Learn how to transform ideas from a simple spark of inspiration into a group performance to be truly proud of. It’s time to free your imagination, take the lead and take up space!


This course will teach students how to manage their own devised theatre project whilst building essential leadership skills. All students will have the freedom to tell a devised story using their choice of medium/theatrical technique and will be guided through the development process through to performance. Within the class each student will need to learn how to take the lead, as well as how to be a team player and contribute successfully to the each other’s performances.

Take the Lead! (Creative Leadership)

This class provides learners with a chance to develop their creativity and ability to craft stories and communicate their own experiences and ideas using theatrical technique. These sessions focus on different areas of creative performance including (but not limited to) puppetry, improvisational performance, mime, mask work, comedy performance, clowning and story-telling through song - all with a firm focus on building confidence and communication skills 


This collaborative class uses improvisational technique to create unique performances with none of the pressure of traditional plays.
